Meet Our Healers:
Specialists in Athlete Recovery
-
Mike Soko, DIRI
ROLFing
Coming all the way from Colorado, Soko is a fellow tricker with over 15 years of experience in the community. At the retreat, he’ll be offering ROLFing Structural Integration — a form of deep tissue therapy that resembles massage but focuses on the alignment of the body’s connective tissue, known as fascia.
Fascia adapts to how we move, often compensating around injuries long after they’ve healed. While these adaptations can be useful, they can also restrict us and hold us back. ROLFing helps to release these patterns, restoring balance and freedom of movement.
Over the years, Soko has supported countless athletes in not only relieving physical tension but also unlocking emotional release through this work. His sessions are in high demand — many people who experience ROLFing with Soko immediately want to book another.

Neil Toussaint, DPT, ATC, CERT. DN
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Neil Toussaint is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach to top performers in the Atlanta TV/Film industry. He has also served the Broadway performing arts community in productions such as Wicked, Moulin Rouge, Lion King & more.
He got his start in the athletic performance and recovery world through the practice of Martial Arts Tricking. As a Tricking Athlete of 19+ years, he is passionate about helping his clients live a life without limitations. He noticed that the performing arts community was under-served in regards to athletic training and recovery. He has combined his unique experience as both a tricking athlete and Doctor of Physical Therapy to create TrickStrong.

Anna Shaffer, MS
MASSAGE
Anna brings over 8 years of experience in bodywork, specializing in intuitive massage that blends knowledge of the body with a natural gift for healing touch. Based in Northern California, she has worked with many athletes in the tricking community as well as competitors of Wushu and Muay Thai.
Her approach goes beyond standard techniques, focusing on releasing tension and restoring balance in a way that feels deeply personalized. Athletes often describe her sessions as both grounding and transformative — even subtle adjustments can unlock surprising freedom in movement and breath.
